Payment and payment details

If payment has been confirmed, reservations cannot be canceled or refunded. However, booking rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 2 days before the check-in date.

• Payment must be made within 24 hours otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled

Term and conditions

1. Rates are quoted in Indonesia Rupiah ( IDR )


2. A valid credit card number is required to secure the reservation


3. Check in time is from 14:00hrs and check out till 12:00hrs


4. Exchange rates for information only. All credit card payment will be converted into Indonesian Rupiah.


5. Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
